With an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms (2 King suites, 2 Queen suites) and 4 baths and spectacular views, a private 50' pool you'll easily create unforgettable memories with those you love. Moondance is a unique property in that it has expansive spaces to connect as a group and ample private areas to relax and unwind and sleep in late. The property has over 3,000 interior square feet and 5,000 square feet of outdoor spaces. As you enter the estate of Moondance, our winding driveway will lead you to a parking area with steps leading up to the main entrance of the property. You’ll see our lush landscape overflowing with tropical bougainvillea, orchids and frangipani, and keep your eyes open for pineapples and mango trees, too! St. John is a magical place - a paradise where you can rejuvenate your spirit and inspire your senses beyond comparison. 

 

With more than 60% of the island being preserved as a National Park, the island has its spirit still intact, and the tourism here is in balance with nature, as we respect and revere both our island and our oceans. As you approach the house, you’ll hear the sounds of ocean waves crashing and tropical birds chirping all around you. The views are spectacular in every direction. Welcome to Paradise!

The main level has 3 bedrooms- 1 King ensuite with spectacular sea views and sliding doors that open onto an expansive deck, 1 Queen ensuite with spectacular sea views with sliders that open onto the deck, and 1 Queen ensuite with garden views & an outdoor shower that overlooks the ocean. This main level has the kitchen, dining room and living/media room. The living room and all bedrooms are air conditioned.

The modern Chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Wolf and Le Creuset cookware, chef's knives and cooking essentials. You'll find a dishwasher, gas stove and all necessary equipment for Caribbean feasts.  Just off the kitchen is the dining room, with plush seating for 8 in the comfort of AC with spectacular views. If you need a drink, you won’t need to look far, as the brass bar cart is right next to the dining room and makes it easy to have pre-dinner cocktails so you’re ready to watch sunset on the deck. The kitchen and dining room have stunning ocean views and connect to the main level covered deck. The deck has a teak dining table with rattan chairs for 8 under the covered deck in the shade and twinkle lights if you choose to eat al fresco in the evenings.

The sliding doors from the deck fold into the wall, creating a 25 foot opening onto the deck, with amazing breezes that keep you cool, or you can use the AC and ceiling fans in every room.  

 

The air conditioned living room on the main level has a midcentury modern island design with a couch and chairs for cozy nights to relax & unwind. Moondance Villa has a library or you can lounge with Direct TV and Netflix. We provide puzzles, a plethora of games, photo booth supplies and a ukulele wall with instruments and songbooks to get your groove on. 

 

The lower level has a private Master suite with a King bed, bathroom and private sitting area as well as its own kitchen. This is a great space for anyone who desires more quiet and calm, great for families with small children or grandparents who want some extra privacy and time to unwind. The entire suite opens up to its own decks and faces the sea.
