Payment and Cancellation Policies:

 

Moondance Villa accepts all major credit cards at no extra charge to our guests.

 

Travel Insurance:

​

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance as there is no refund for cancellations. We have made arrangements with Nationwide Insurance to offer full coverage that can be canceled for any reason, for 10% of your vacation cost. You must purchase the travel insurance within 7 days of booking your reservation. You can find the details and book travel insurance here.

Cancellations:

A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is due to make your reservation. The balance of the rental payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and will automatically bill to the credit card on file. In lieu of a security deposit, we will place a $1500 hold on your credit card (not a charge), which will be released when you leave the villa provided there are no damages.
